General purpose polyester lay-up resin. General purpose epoxy laminating resin (from 750g kit) Suitable for use with fibreglass, carbon fibre, Kevlar, etc., for those applications requiring superior strength and bonding properties, also to produce lightweight fairing putties and mineral based gap fillers & adhesives. Doming Resin 2kg pack Currently NOT Available Semi-Flexible two part polyurethane system for badge doming or encapsulation in thin sections. A two part equal ratio system with low viscosity, easy to mix, self degassing, excellent doming properties, optically clear, fully UV stable. The picture on the right shows two letters the left letter has not been treated with doming resin, the right letter has been domed giving a deep gloss durable coating. SCATTER-COAT RESIN A gravel bonding system using a filled resin, laid onto suitably primed surface then gravel is sprinkled onto surface allowed to cure then excess gravel is removed. This system is very popular on car parks, pathways, driveways, cycle paths etc. Easy to apply, non slip, long life, very attractive appearance. G-Fix-Gold PU gravel bonding resin system Gravel bonding resin system similar to the G-fix epoxy product, however setting times of this product are shorter and more suited to temperatures down to approx 5ºC. Producing a very strong flexible matrix for pathways, driveways, patios, balcony's, etc. The standard 5.25kg kit will bond approx 75kgs of dried gravel covering approx 3m² at 15mm depth or 2.5m² at 18mm depth. RUBBERCRUMB BINDER for binding base and EPDM topcoat rubber. An MDI based polyurethane pre-polymer for use as a rubber crumb binder. It has a relatively low viscosity and its fast cure speed is ideal for play areas. This product has been formulated as a flexible moisture curing binder for in situ recycled rubber crumb shock pads and EPDM play surface top coats, which are laid by hand. Tech data Price (click)
FASTCAST Polyurethane casting resin. Fastcast polyurethane resin is ideal for use in prototype and modelling applications, having very low viscosity to get in those nooks & crannies also the ability to accept fillers to reduce cost, increase strength and hardness and reduce exotherm & shrinkage. Mixed simply 1 to 1 by weight. With a working time of approx 6 minutes, de-mould approx 30 minutes, full cure approx 4 hours and a shore D of approx 80 on full cure.
